Brief review on training tips, and running shoe recommendations for all distances and levels of runners =)
Hello, and welcome to the new Hosey and Murphy Foot and Ankle Center blog!
We know that information has become increasingly accessible and important for patients to come across easily. The problem is that sometimes it’s hard to know what information is reliable and what is not. We get a lot of questions about different conditions, treatments, and what to expect from patients in the office. The purpose of this blog is to give our patients, and prospective patients, a reliable forum for answers to some of their questions. We will try to post on this blog on a weekly or biweekly basis with topics that we feel need to be addressed. Some of these will focus on specific conditions of the foot and ankle, some will be frequently asked patient questions, and others will be from topics that we find interesting (and hopefully you will too)!
You will be able to refer back to this blog on our site at your leisure and hopefully, it will be an interesting and informative platform! Let us know through the site if there is a specific topic that you would like to have addressed in the blog and we’ll do our best to submit a response.
If you ever have further questions, give our office a call, and we would be happy to help try to answer any questions you might have.
Hope everyone has a great day and stays safe!!!
Ryan Murphy, DPM, FACFAS
